Vinnytsia Airport

Convenient arrival, plenty of parking space.

Nobody picks up pipes, tell me if you used this airport, how to find and buy squirrels there. I searched all sites, found nothing. I would be grateful.. Read more » for the link

I have traveled from Tel-Aviv to Vinnytsa last summer. It was a "red-eye" flight so most of passengers and flight attendants were grumpy. Landing was .. Read more »nerve-racking and extremely bumpy. The airport does not have operational taxi ways so the aircraft had to turn around on the run way to get to the terminal. Once we stopped, the aircraft was serviced within minutes. Passengers had to walk to the terminal just a few hundred feet away. Customs area is tiny and barely fits all the passengers arrived. Women with children and elderly were served first then the rest. Customs officers were very friendly. By the time we cleared customs our luggedge was ready for pick up on the belt. It takes a few seconds to walk through the remaining part of the airport to catch a taxi. I paid $10 for my ride to the city, however you can choose a bus which is much cheaper and much slower.
