Beautiful historical building of the Austrian period. Located in the old part of town. Today it is considered an architectural monument. Protected by .. But looking at the building, I have a question: The built-in ceiling above the entrance of modern materials, which in no way emphasizes the historicity and does not decorate or underscore the architecture of this building - is it Damage or not? The building is worth repairing already. Old age takes its toll ..... The plaster falls off in places, the cement mortar that covers the foundation is peeled off, rusted up to a decent decking on the roof of the house .... This is just what we can see from the outside. I put 5 stars only because of the historic nature of the building, although I understand that its current state can be rated at 3 stars. I have a bit of a fear that this misery is not done as it is with its neighbor Old Town Hall. So that it does not turn into eternal longevity. Or with the final decision to remove the building from the Register of Architectural Monuments and sell it in private hands with the further liquidation of the building in its original form, as happened with the historic building opposite the Furshet supermarket in 2013. |
