*The Church of Sts. Olha and Elizabeth is very close to the city's rail station and little bit far away from the Old Town.
*It was almost destroyed in.. Read more » 1939, but remained always opened until 1946. After the World War II it was used as a warehouse until 1991, when it was renovated & reconsecrated as the Greek Catholic church of St. Olha and Elizabeth.
*Once being in the churches, don’t miss a chance to go to the top of the tower. There are stairs to climb for about 5 minutes and you will see all the city.
*The view is magnificent from the outside & inside, specially in a sunny day when you can see the vitrages in all their beauty!
*And, the most important - there is NO accessible entry to the church, & there is no elevator to the top of the tower, unfortunately. |

Sadly it's more beautiful on outside than it is inside but overall a must see spot

It was beautiful and splendid place. As i remember If You pay 10uah you can go its balcony. But the stairs are so narrow. View is good. |

Beautiful architecture, gorgeous from the outside and calm, peaceful and simple from the inside. Located nearby the Lviv railway station. During visit.. Read more »ing hours (it seems like 2-5 pm, but the schedule may change) you can go up the stairs to enjoy a beautiful view of Lviv from the roof. I recommend to visit this church and climb up the bell tower if possible |
