Read more »y negative thing was that the guard who lets you in was very rude. When I politely asked a question he totally dismissed it and then started aggressively mumbling in German even though he knew I didn't understand it.

Much more to see than in Albertina. Also, you will spend there hours. And it's cheaper!

Excellent overview of Austrian modernism! A good selection of Austrian artists, and the building itself is very interesting, architecturally speaking.

One of the best modern art collections in the world. You can see here pieces of Egon Schiele, Gustav Klimt, Oskar Kokoschka and Richard Gerstl.

Loved the Hundertwasser - Schiele temporary exhibition, the comparisons were eye opening to the visible inspiration of Hundertwasser.
