I have been to many palaces and this is the most beautiful building I have ever seen. As a non-romanian and non-musician, I had trouble conjuring up interest in the exhibits, but the entry fee was well worth seeing the building. It's a shame only a f.. Read more »
A very nice music museum of George Enescu. An extraordinary music composer. Actually, this was his home with his wife. You should visit.
You can only see around 4 rooms of the house, but the ticket is cheap and it is beautiful. They were playing his on music in the backround. I reccomend it in case you just passing by.
Set in a beautiful Cantacuzino palace on the Victory street, it boasts Enescu’s memorabilia in a few beautiful rooms; a little worn out; toilet is very “rustic”; kind staff; Enescu’s house in the rear - closed;
