I always like which stand out and thought this place cannot be termed religious but gives you amazing view of the bridge and Lisbon city. The path to the top once out of lift could have been made a bit wider unless for some specific purpose it has be.. Read more »
It's a pity it's rainy and cold when we go there. The train station is kinda far away from here so not recommend to go by train. It's quite good to order on bolt in Portugal. It's not expensive and nice to get there. You could view at the point and s.. Read more »
Spectacular view over Lisbon and Tagus river. Fine paintings inside the chapel on the ground floor. The story of the monument is also interesting: why it was built and how it was financed.
Well worth the visit. Good views from park and statue viewing platform. 5 euro each for lift to viewing platform. A little bit difficult to get to, follow Google maps, although a few signs would help.
Views of the bridge are incredible, I wouldn't waste the time or money going up in the lift, also toilets are in very poor condition. Not sure where the money from the lift up is going, probably to Francis in Rome. Good hike up and on the way back st.. Read more »
