This is a very functional and efficient airport. The extended terminals are also equipped with basuc necessities. The parking around the airport are a.. Read more »dequate, but divided into different tiers considering the proximity to the terminals. Taxi stand is clearly marked. The airport caters more Europe bound flights where there are no requirement fir immigration. The terminals have adequate options for dining. At times these are crowded.

The fastest airport in the world ... only one minute from cab ? to airport gate. Highly recommended. Soo sad that it will close by October 31 2020

A very convenient location within easy reach by cheap public transport from Berlin. Still not many passengers in September 2020 due to covid.

Very bad experience ! We're allowed to go inside our departure's terminal only 2 hour before the flight because of the Covid-19. It's understandable, .. Read more »but why are you keeping open the Terminal A with coffees and restaurant instead of dispatching people on all your terminals ? Furthermore, the hotess who is welcoming us at the Terminal C is cold and not welcoming. Her colleague speak to the people while puting her mask down, it's not professionnal and dangerous. If I can go somewhere else for a flight, I'll !

No direction towards baggage.. very small space for baggage when I came from Amsterdam so I couldn't locate it..once I got out and asked security pers.. Read more »on she said it's too late now I can't go inside and collect the baggage..she sent me to baggage service center and they charged me 25 Euro for " forgetting " to collect the luggage just after 5 mins of arrival... worker in baggage center was very arrogant until I paid the amount all of sudden she talked nicely..she did ask me if I wanted a receipt that too hand written..seems fishy

Small and best airport in Berlin! Quick check-in and security checks and so close to Berlin City (in less than 30 minutes!) It will be greatly missed .. Read more »when it's closed down end of this year!

Not quite state of the art for the capital of one of Europe's richest countries..
